Ms. Sonia Nagpal, Founder and CEO

Sonia is an Electronics graduate with a post graduation in Marketing. She has got around 18 years of rich and varied experience in sales & marketing operations, training program management & delivery operations, partner management, and for turnaround and conceptualization and execution of strategic initiatives. Her last assignment was with Hewlett-Packard as Country Alliance Manager-Oracle. She has worked for 14 years with them in various capacities of sales & marketing in the partner management arena. She was managing their training & certification for almost 6 years for a bouquet of product lines.

She is responsible for setting up the i360 operations in India. She has created learning centers and stitched the corporate and government verticals. She is a keen planner and analyst with experience in building corporate alliance and strategic tie-ups for co-branding initiatives. She has flair to adopt modern technology for setting up systems and processes in a partner driven model. She has experience in setting up successful partner focused delivery model for training services for a wide range of product lines.
